Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority at Zasha Jewellers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7–14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Returns or exchanges are not applicable on customized, engraved, or special-order items unless there is a manufacturing defect. In case of damaged or incorrect items, please contact us immediately with photos for quick assistance. Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a few business days. Shipping charges may be non-refundable.
